Digital Marketing Workshops
The Association for Admissions, Marketing and Communications in Independent Schools, otherwise known as AMCIS, has been serving the independent schools sector for over 25 years and with over 500 member schools across the United Kingdom, AMCIS continues to grow every day.

The AMCIS Diploma in Schools Marketing has been running for over 15 years. Recognised by independent schools as the only sector specific qualification for marketeers, the Diploma is highly regarded and sought after.
As the sector has evolved, so has the role of marketing in schools, and following extensive research across their membership and beyond AMCIS restructured and redesigned their Diploma in Schools Marketing to ensure that they deliver the most cutting edge and relevant course for those looking to gain experience and knowledge of marketing in the Independent Schools Sector today.
In January 2020, we were delighted to be awarded the opportunity to deliver the Digital Marketing element of the Level Two diploma.
We developed a one-day, interactive workshop to give delegates the knowledge and skills to be able to create their own Digital Marketing Strategy. The learning outcomes for the day were as follows:
- Understanding what Digital Marketing is
- Understanding the different digital platforms
- Understanding how to monitor, evaluate and improve the use of each platform
- Understanding what Content Marketing is
- Being able to create a Digital Marketing Strategy
We produced interactive, workbooks for delegates to complete during the workshop and a Level Two assignment for assessment purposes.
The day was a huge success, with lots of positive feedback from the course organisers and delegates. Delegates particularly liked the format of the day and the opportunity they were given for discussion and sharing best practice.
We are looking forward to delivering the Digital Marketing workshop again in January 2021.
